Tune In Tuesday {35}

Tune In Tuesday is a fun weekly post hosted by Ginger at GReads.  It's a great way to see what kind of music other people are loving.  We're back in a "theme" month. March is all about book soundtracks. Either songs that remind you of the book or songs from the authors playlist.

So I decided to take advantage of Ginger's play list month and talk a little bit about my book. If you want to learn more about it, keep reading. If not, skip down to the song.

For this third week of book playlists edition I'm covering the creep factor of Dream Maker. While the original idea came from a sweet song by Taylor Swift, Get Out Alive by Three Days Grace is what helped shape the story. It gave my female MC, who is now called Avery, her real voice. I needed depth. I needed a reason for Avery to be afraid, to be paranoid, for her not to trust Mason. I need more characters for her to almost rely on, and not want to leave, but deep down, know it was for the best. And I'm hoping I achieved that.

I LOVE Three Days Grace! Excellent song choice, and I can totally see it as inspiration for your book. :)

Get out Alive is the only song I know by these guys but I really like it!

Mandie, your music choice is making me a considerable amount more excited to read what you're working on which is really saying something because I was originally super pumped!! LOVE the song!
